The Philly Makers series exists to support the makers, doers and dreamers,those hard at work building a sustainable and prosperous Philadelphia. It’s meant to empower Philadelphians to buy local, get involved in their community & start businesses.
I believe that video is the best way to represent these business through the lens of a thriving DIY culture.

Michael Smith works as a print designer for the nonprofit charity: water. To him, great design isn’t just about looking good, but communicating clearly and effectively to an audience.

Peterson Goodwyn is a local maker working out of Nextfab Studio in South Philadelphia. Goodwyn created Colour as an easy and affordable way to add extra warmth and fullness to music.
